“The wrong first question is, ‘What do we need to do?’ The right first question is, ‘Who do we need to become?’”

— Dr. Shawn Ginwright

Our Core Values

Authenticity

We believe that being genuine and true to ourselves builds trust and allows us to meaningfully and effectively collaborate.

Accessibility

We intentionally design collaborative opportunities, spaces, and interactions to address barriers and promote belonging.

Responsiveness

We draw from both evidence-based practice and practice-based evidence to create solutions to meet your organization where you are.

Values In Action

We challenge our clients to address root causes of inequitable outcomes to re-envision systems.

We consider evaluation a core component of strategy design and execution, rather than an afterthought.

We prioritize partnering with youth and adults who have lived experience through our service delivery.

We are nimble and responsive, ensuring individualized supports that yield high-impact learning opportunities.
